OKAY.
yes i do watch American idol. i don"t even know why really. every year i promise myself i wont and i just keep getting sucked in. This year i pretty much watched to see what an contestant.... you may of heard about him.... Adam Lambert would do next. This man. who caught my eye at auditions. can sing his butt off. his vocal range is impeccable. and he has THE best stage presence i have seen in a long time. it was refreshing. so OF COURSE he didn't win.
America voted for Kris Allen, a southern boy who sings average folk sounding tunes that are great for top 40 generics. there are probably 50 other artists that sound exactly like him. I AM NOT AMUSED AMERICA. take a chance would ya?
though part of me thinks it is probably better that the contestant with the real talent did not take the Idol Crown, so he has ultimate freedom with the record he will make. and not have his soul sucked by the parasite that is the american idol company.

Oh god. I AGREE with you. That Kris guy- plain, average, meh whatever. Adam does deserve more. His vocal range was impressive and definitely too good for Idol to handle.
